Shipping Rates and Methods

The Brexley Shop utilizes UPS for domestic and international shipping.


Rates are calculated at checkout.

 

Domestic:

  • Brexley In-House Delivery (During Your Stay)
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 3 Day Select

International:

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited

 


Please note that orders will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been confirmed. Delivery time frames begin from the date of dispatch.

All orders valued over $500 will require signature upon delivery. 

Order Processing

All orders placed online Monday - Friday (excluding holiday) before 2 PM MST will be processed that day and ship within 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2 PM MST will be process the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM MST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.

Tracking Your Order

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

International Shipping

The Brexley Shop uses UPS for all international deliveries. 

All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the client's local government are the responsibility of the client.

Items shipped from The Brexley, will contain an official commercial invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US Dollars.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased at full price and that are returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition. Essential oils sales are final and non-refundable.

Please email info@thebrexley.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

 

We do not accept returns on custom orders, apothecary or beauty items.

Clients are responsible for their return shipping costs and any incurred import duties/taxes or customs charges on the package (on both original and return shipments) if opting for a monetary refund or store credit. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If there was a mistake on the part of The Brexley, or in the case that the item received is defected/damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return will be compensated.
